Andraculoid is the electro-industrial/power noise project of John Thomas and Mika Goedrijk. What they deliver on this Imbalance release is extremely harsh, brutal, heavy and aggressive industrial music with elements of power noise. The electronic programming is frantically paced with sounds and effects going haywire as hard blasting beats slam brutally. Angry distorted shouting male vocals yell with rage along with the hyper tunes. There's a lot of samples found in this music as well.

While the majority of tracks include vocals, there are a few experimental instrumentals as well. These are less structured and offer even more power noise.

This is a consistent CD, the entire disc offers electro-industrial noise mayhem from beginning to end. So don't expect any dance EBM here.

While I'm not the biggest fan of power noise, Andraculoid does a great job of mixing it with electro-industrial for an outcome of beat heavy songs that have a catchy element within the chaos.
