Lamia is the darkwave project of Juan Andres Celasco and Claudia Rolando. The music offered on this Dark Angel album is very similar to that of Die Form. The electronic programming is medium paced, the melodies are haunting and there's a combination of altered male vocals and operatic female singing.

I like how Lamia manages to combine old sounding dark classical music with modern electronic music. This helps give them a unique edge.

Unlike a lot of darkwave bands, Lamia actually makes their music quite energetic. A lot of the tracks here would be great in clubs.
