This CD contains dramatic orchestrated dark, eerie, cold and haunting ambient soundscapes. These are instrumentals that create a chilling atmosphere. This music could be used to add suspense and tension to a creepy movie. It would also make for good Halloween music. It's just the type of music that seems like it needs to go with something. I personally find it rather boring to just listen to it on its own. It's extremely slow and mellow. So much in fact that while listening to it I became sleepy. While the music is well composed, it is rather dull and empty. If you are looking for some good music for Halloween, I would suggest giving this CD a listen. Otherwise, you probably won't find much enjoyment in it.
