This is very aggressive straight forward Cyber-Core music that includes distorted vocals, electronics, synths, and heavy thrashing guitar. The songs "Lifeline", "Oblivion", "Perfekt", "The Touched", "Thread", and "Whirlwind" all sound fairly similar, and are full of energy and screaming mad vocals. The song "Scissorhead" is a very melodic song that is extremely catchy. It's a good break from the harder material found here. Then there are "Land Of Nod", "Dance Of The Wormsuckers", and "Spiderwalker" which are all instrumentals. Needle sounds similar to other popular Cyber-Core bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Chemlab, and 16 Volt.
